Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – HRSD
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and implement scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on HRSD modules.
- Configure and customize HR workflows, lifecycle events, case management, knowledge base, and employee service center.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, architects, BA, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Implement integrations with third-party HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Ensure platform scalability, data security, and compliance with HR data privacy standards.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in HR case management, lifecycle events, and employee workflows.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-HR).
- Experience with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Exposure to Employee Experience/Portal design and HR knowledge management.
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
