Servicenow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Operations (SecOps) modules. The candidate will design, configure, and optimize security workflows, automate processes, and integrate ServiceNow with external security tools to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow VR and SecOps modules, including workflows, automation, and orchestration.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations with external security tools and configure MID Servers for data collection.
• Customize the platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Manage and maintain CMDB and Discovery module data to support security operations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to track vulnerabilities, remediation progress, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in cybersecurity and risk management.

Experience Requirements

• 35 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working with VR and/or SecOps modules.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability lifecycle, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with CVSS and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
