Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with architecture standards.
- Develop custom applications, scripts, business rules, UI components, and workflows.
- Perform testing, ensure quality, and support deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement process automation and optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user training and support.
- Follow customer coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements (Must Have Skills):
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong experience with ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, SAM, HAM, ITOM modules.
- Expertise in Custom Application development in ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows.
- Experience in ServiceNow Discovery (credential & credential-less), patterns, probes, sensors, MID Server, and schedules.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise monitoring systems using REST APIs and web services.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow plugins (MID Server, Pattern Designer, Service Graph Connector).
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT Operations Management concepts.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- ServiceNow CSA & CAD certification (mandatory).
