About Us

Aelum Consulting is emerging Enterprise Service Management service provider with over 5+ years of experience in providing end to end solutions around ITSM Process, ServiceNow Implementation, Consulting, development and support.

We have over 11000+ hours of experience in designing empirical processes for our valuable customers that reduced their Operating Costs (Reduced 750K for our prestigious customers in 3 years).

Job Description

Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

Requirements

Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
Expert in developing Service Now Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Service Now client and server-side scripting
Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM is an added advantage
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's
Experience with HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js

Essential Qualification

Certified System Admin
Passport is mandatory
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
