We are hiring an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer for a Banking / Financial Services project based in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for banking and financial environments.
• Customize and enhance modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and integrations.
• Work on REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise banking applications and third-party systems.
• Support platform upgrades, security compliance, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience working in Banking or Financial Services projects is preferred.
• Exposure to compliance, security, and enterprise-level environments is an advantage.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
