Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Business Analyst with expertise in global ServiceNow rollouts. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, create user stories, support UAT, and ensure successful delivery across UK, EU, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and business process analysis
• Conduct stakeholder and country-specific workshops
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with ServiceNow development teams
• Perform story verification and support UAT
• Prepare user guides and functional documentation
• Support global rollouts across UK, Europe, and APAC

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (ITSM preferred)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across UK/EU/APAC time zones
