Job Description
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with Saudi-based stakeholders to understand business needs, document functional & technical requirements, and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose ServiceNow-driven improvements for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Solution Design: Collaborate with developers to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and leadership in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Testing & Validation: Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate solutions against business requirements, and ensure seamless deployments.
- Training & Documentation: Prepare user guides, training materials, and process documentation for ServiceNow modules.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian regulatory standards (if applicable) and ServiceNow best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or ITBM).
- Experience working with Middle Eastern clients (preferably Saudi Arabia) and understanding regional business practices could be a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with Arabic-speaking stakeholders (English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
