Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. The role involves understanding and analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating those requirements into actionable solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing data analysis, preparing detailed reports, supporting implementation projects, and ensuring delivered solutions align with business goals and best practices.
