Job Summary
We are seeking a
ServiceNow Analyst to develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. The role involves enhancing IT service management (ITSM), automating workflows, integrating with third-party applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and documentation.
- Provide user training as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with workflow automation, business rules, and UI policies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, or HRSD modules.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
