Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location : Chennai - Hybrid
Exp: Servicenow Platform
- Experience as a Business Analyst with experience of working in a technology environment, using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
- At least 5+ years of experience working as Functional / Business Analyst.
- Should have a good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
- Should have a good understanding of SAFe Practices.
- Should have good hands-on experience in Requirement Elicitation Techniques, UML and documentation.
- Should have good experience in cross domain communication, conducting JAD and effectively stakeholder management.
- Should have hands on experience in Sprint Planning, Tracking, grooming and prioritizing the backlog items.
Other Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business processes, data flows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Process Improvement: Lead efforts to improve existing business processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user guides.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications: Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably from life science / healthcare domain. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis methodologies - Agile frameworks. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and project management software like JIRA, Confluence.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
