We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and future-ready solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a key technical authority, you will shape our enterprise ServiceNow strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, IT roadmap, security standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign end-to-end architecture solutions on the ServiceNow platfor
• mLead the implementation and optimization of key modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, and other ServiceNow product
• sDefine and enforce platform governance, standards, development best practices, and architecture principle
• sArchitect seamless integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other integration technologie
• sGuide development teams, administrators, and consultants during implementation and enhancement phase
• sConduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and ensure solutions meet scalability, security, performance, and maintainability standard
• sDesign robust CMDB and Service Mapping strategie
• sCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solution
• sSupport platform upgrade planning and long-term roadmap initiative
• sDrive automation and digital transformation initiatives across the organizatio
