Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in platform architecture, workflow customization, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist along with deep expertise across core ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation activities.
• Design and implement customized workflows and automation solutions.
• Support platform enhancements, optimization initiatives, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for ServiceNow implementations.
• Support troubleshooting, governance, and platform improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Now Assist implementation
• Hands-on experience with customized workflows and platform configuration
• Deep expertise in:
• ITSM
• CSM
• TSOM
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to GRC modules

Additional Notes:

• Candidates should be flexible to work with EST overlap based on project requirements.
• Occasional office visits or asset collection activities may be required depending on project needs.
