ServiceNow Senior Developer & Architect | GRC | HRSD | ITOM | CMDB | CSM | ITBM | ITAM

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform and deep functional or technical knowledge in one or more of the following modules: GRC, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and optimize scalable solutions that improve enterprise workflows, automation, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalog items, and integrations.
• Work across one or more core modules such as GRC, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, or ITBM based on project needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, documentation standards, and governance processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions and solution reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation expertise.
• Proven experience in at least one or more of the following ServiceNow modules: GRC, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, or ITBM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations such as REST and SOAP.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, integration, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules such as GRC, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
