Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and external data sources.
Configure and manage authentication methods such as SSO, SAML, and SSL for secure platform access.
Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, and scripts to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across ServiceNow environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, best practices, and new features to enhance platform functionality.
