ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary: As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect and design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that address business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Integration: Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and internal systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Best Practices: Develop and maintain best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, version control, and testing procedures.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and evaluate their potential impact on our environment.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, best practices and experience with Integrations (REST/SOAP) & APIs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer 
• Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
