Your Role

  • Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and custom application domains.
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation and implementation programs for global enterprise customers.
  • Define scalable platform architectures, workflows, integrations, automation frameworks, and governance standards aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive ServiceNow platform optimization, security, compliance, CMDB, and enterprise integration initiatives using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across delivery and engineering teams.

Your Profile

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of expertise in ServiceNow architecture, consulting, and enterprise platform implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM solutions.
  • Expertise in scripting, automation, integrations, APIs, data migration, and middleware technologies using JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs with strong governance, security, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, leadership, and team mentoring capabilities.
