Role Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to spearhead our end-to-end platform architecture. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps.
What Your Role Will Look Like
- Architectural Leadership: Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Module Design: Design scalable solutions across HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
- CMDB Strategy: Lead CMDB architecture, including complex data models, CI structures, and relationship mapping.
- Integration Management: Oversee robust integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Technical Oversight: Manage advanced configurations, including Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Discovery & Mapping: Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Data Governance: Ensure CMDB data integrity through rigorous governance, normalization, and auditing processes.
- Solution Delivery: Translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical designs.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in solution design and effort estimation for prospective projects.

- Certifications: * Certified System Administrator (CSA)
