About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align IT operations with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB enhancements.
Define and implement a robust CMDB architecture ensuring alignment with CSDM standards and accurate service modeling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
Ensure CMDB health, data quality, and integration with IT processes.
Provide technical leadership on integrations, automation, and workflow optimization.
Mentor and guide developers, admins, and junior architects on ServiceNow best practices.
Ensure compliance, governance, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on expertise in:
ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
CMDB design and management with CSDM alignment.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Business Rules, and UI policies.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
ITIL certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist / Architect certifications.
Experience with large-scale ServiceNow environments and performance optimization.
