ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD modules.
• Provide architecture guidance for complex enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations, customizations, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Drive CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption, and Service Mapping initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define best practices and scalable architectures.
• Customize Portals and Workspaces using AngularJS and ServiceNow UI Framework.
• Ensure solution compliance with ServiceNow best practices and performance benchmarks.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise inITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
• Proficiency inJavaScript,Glide API,Flow Designer,Integration Hub, andMID Serverconfigurations.
• In-depth knowledge ofCMDB architectureandCSDM framework.
• Experience withServiceNow Discovery,Service Mapping, and complex integrations.
• Hands-on experience inPortal and Workspace customization.
• Familiarity withServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)andPerformance Analyticsis a plus.
