Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect who will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

This role is focused on:

  • Architecting scalable and secure ServiceNow platforms
  • Driving enterprise implementations across ITSM, HRSD and GRC modules
  • Enabling automation, reporting, and operational efficiency across service delivery

The ideal candidate combines strong architectural thinking with hands-on expertise, and the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:Architecture & Solution Desig

  • nArchitect and design ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD and GRC module
  • sDefine scalable architectures, data models, and integration pattern
  • sEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practice

sImplementation Leadershi

  • pLead end-to-end enterprise-scale implementations, including customisation, integration, and upgrade
  • sProvide technical oversight across development and configuration activitie
  • sEnsure quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability of solution

sStakeholder Collaboratio

  • nWork closely with business, IT, and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution
  • sEngage with senior stakeholders to align solutions with business prioritie
  • sAct as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and roadma

pAutomation, Analytics & Optimisatio

  • nDrive automation and workflow optimisation across service management processe
  • sEnable reporting and performance analytics for data-driven decision makin
  • gContinuously optimise platform performance, scalability, and securit

yGovernance & Best Practice

  • sEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance frameworks, and compliance standard
  • sEstablish guidelines for development, deployment, and platform usag
  • eSupport audit and regulatory requirements where applicabl

eTeam Leadership & Mentorshi

  • pProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development team
  • sGuide teams on design standards, coding practices, and platform capabilitie
  • sFoster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvemen
