Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across multiple ServiceNow modules.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions

• Define architecture standards, governance, and platform best practices.

• Prepare solution blueprints, integration designs, and technical roadmaps.

• Drive integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.

• Strong ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience.

• Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, etc.).

• Experience in enterprise integrations and governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
