Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance to implementation teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
• Define integration, data, security, and platform strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams.
• Drive ServiceNow implementation programs and transformation initiatives.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture modernization activities.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads.
