Job Description
Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 10+ Years | CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
Work Mode: WFO/Hybrid – 4 days/week | Shift: 4 PM–1 AM
Notice Period: Immediate–15 Days
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation.
- Strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, APM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Experience with enterprise integrations including Azure AD, OKTA, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, JIRA, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of Service Portal, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, automation, security, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- CSA & CAD certifications required; CIS certification is preferred.
- Exposure to AI Search, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, or Performance Analytics is an advantage.
