About the Role

We are looking for a Service Operations Associate to work with the founding team to build Blyss's operational backbone — a highly on-ground role combining training, field operations, partner onboarding, and problem solving. Ideal for someone early in their career who is energetic, curious, and excited to build startup operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Training & Onboarding
  • Conduct hands-on training for cleaning service professionals.
  • Train on correct use of tools, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Ensure SPs understand Blyss protocols, hygiene, safety, and customer etiquette.
  • Support partner certification before customer-facing work begins.
  • Design creative onboarding methods — kiosks, local activations, canopy stands.
  • Work on-ground in hyperlocal areas: labor clusters, dense residential zones.
  • Find innovative ways to motivate and incentivize service professionals.
  • Building the SP Network
  • Identify and source new service professionals from local communities.
  • Visit societies, markets, labor points, and clusters to recruit.
  • Explain Blyss and convince candidates to join as service partners.
  • Support screening, documentation, onboarding, and platform activation.
  • Customer Experience & Early Growth
  • Onboard early households and residential communities during the pilot.
  • Coordinate with customers for smooth delivery and great first experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, quality, and reliability.
  • Problem Solving & Process Improvement
  • Work with the founding team to solve operational challenges on the ground.
  • Identify gaps in training, service execution, or partner onboarding.
  • Propose improvements to training programs, workflows, and processes.
  • Contribute ideas to improve unit economics, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Qualifications

    Strong ownership mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities. Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments; willing to work on-ground. Strong Hindi communication; basic working knowledge of English. Ability to train and manage a blue-collar / gig workforce. Curious, proactive, reliable, patient, and strong in people management.
