Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues quickly and accurately.

Coordination and Escalation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues following proper protocols.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track daily performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA targets and scheduled commitments.
