Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows and create user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow instances.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITSM modules.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
