We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing Service Now solutions. The Service Now Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing Service Now solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement Service Now solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate requirements into technical designs
• Configure Service Now applications
• Integrate Service Now with other systems
• Create and maintain documentation
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing Service Now solutions
• Strong understanding of Service Now platform and its modules
• Experience with Service Now scripting and workflows
• Experience with Service Now integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
