Certification:
1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA),
2. Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
3. Implementer of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) applications.
4. Experience in conducting deployment, configuration, administration, upgrade, and support of ServiceNow ITSM applications
Good-to-Have
1. ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
2. Integration Capabilities: Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
