Experience:

5+ years in ServiceNow development

Candidates from:

B.Tech / BE / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc (CS/IT) or related backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes.
Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and support testing and deployment activities.

Must-Have Skills:

Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform and administration.
Strong understanding of JavaScript.
Knowledge of ITSM, workflows, and platform customization.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-have Skills:

Exposure to Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or ATF.
Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
ServiceNow certification is an advantage.
