About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. This role involves enhancing employee self-service portals, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring alignment with best practices on the ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop applications including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge Management.
- Create dynamic HR Service Catalogs with intuitive forms, automated workflows, and contextual help to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations with systems such as SuccessFactors, payroll, identity management, and collaboration platforms.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance while maintaining technical documentation.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions following Agile methodologies.
Required skills and experience
- 5-9 years of ServiceNow HRSD development experience, including Employee Center/Employee Center Pro and HR Case Management.
- Proficient in Lifecycle Events, Service Catalog, Workflows, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating with SuccessFactors, SailPoint, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
- Strong knowledge of CSDM standards, JavaScript/ServiceNow scripting, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ability to implement role-based access controls and ensure HR compliance throughout solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with platform upgrades, security configurations, and ITSM exposure.
- Familiarity with HR Knowledge Management and advanced employee self-service optimization.
