ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore, India
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days per week in the office

We are partnering with a globally recognised professional services organisation that is making significant investments into its India Acceleration Centres, particularly in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations while collaborating with global teams.
What You'll Be Doing
As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for end-to-end development, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and custom development across core ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM), with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB concepts
- Lead or support the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform, managing system configurations
- Strong JavaScript development (client-side & server-side), including:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Workflows & Flow Designer
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, connecting ServiceNow with external systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in a client-facing Agile/Scrum environment
- Organise and prioritise development effort, delivering end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow
- Participate across the full delivery lifecycle: testing, UAT, defect resolution, releases, and deployments
- Collaborate with and mentor junior developers while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM essential)
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB
- Solid JavaScript skills, plus HTML, CSS, and Web Services
- Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP integrations
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Nice to Have
- AngularJS or exposure to other scripting languages
- Experience with Active Directory configuration/administration
- Exposure to Azure Web Services
Professional & Educational Background
- Graduate / Bachelor's degree
- BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent
