Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM (Event Management)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design & development

Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management

Knowledge of Discovery & Service Mapping (preferred)

Experience with REST APIs, Integrations & Web Services

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills
