ROLE: Service Now Developer

Experience Range: 4 to 7 yrs(Relevant)

Location: Pune

JD:

Must-Have:

1. years working with Service Now.

2. Developer experience in Service Now tool (JavaScript knowledge required).

3. Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with all areas of the business.

4. A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB, Service Catalog

5. Experience in Web technologies (Web Services, XML, Ajax, HTML, CSS).

6. Experience working with CMDB (configuration management database)

7. Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements

8. Core Service Now ITSM tool Knowledge (Administrator/Development) (Min 4 yrs. core experience in the tool)

9. Solid Experience with Linux and fundamental internet services (DNS, mail, Apache/Tomcat)

10. Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, http, etc.)

11. Exposure in component integration (SSO,LDAP etc.)

12. Experience in Application UI, Work flow Configuration

13. Working knowledge of Perl/Python/JavaScript is desired
