About the Company

Systematix Group is expanding its Private Wealth business under new leadership. We are a 40+ year established financial services group with ₹10,000 Cr AUM and a strong presence across IB, Equities, Asset Management, NBFC and Wealth.

We are hiring for Service Manager roles and building a high-quality, growth-focused platform for HNI & UHNI clients across India and the Middle East.

About the Role

This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, relationship managers, and internal teams, ensuring an exceptional service experience throughout the client lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end client onboarding, account documentation, transaction processing, and portfolio servicing, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The position demands proactive client engagement, efficient handling of service requests, and seamless coordination for complex requirements. The candidate will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with regulatory norms and internal service standards while supporting the Relationship Managers in deepening client relationships, you will empower clients to make informed investment decisions that enhance their wealthwhile contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all service-related requirements.
  • Deliver proactive, high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client queries and requests promptly, coordinating with internal and external teams for complex or escalated matters.
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio statements for clients and relationship managers (RMs).
  • Accompany RMs for client meetings as required.

Account Opening & Documentation

  • Onboard new clients, complete all KYC requirements, and activate accounts across products offered by the platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of documentation processes for all products and comply with the latest regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up with clients and RMs on pending documentation, ensuring timely submission and error-free processing.
  • Maintain MIS for pending documents, waivers, and closure status.

Transaction Processing & Portfolio Management

  • Process financial and non-financial transactions across all products within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Accurately execute investment transactions
  • Manage and coordinate inflows and redemptions for portfolios.

Qualification & Experience Requirement:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in client servicing within the wealth management domain.
  • Strong customer-first attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
