Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Financial Services

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through proactive sales and marketing efforts
- Promote and sell financial products including:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
- Insurance (Life & General)
- Equity & Trading Accounts
- Financial Planning Services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions
- Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing
- Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, and Financial Planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as NISM, IRDA, or AMFI (preferred but not mandatory)
- Existing client base or network will be an added advantage
