Location: Bengal - Kolkata

Job Description - Looking for an experienced & dynamic carrier-oriented self-driven & self-motivated Regional Sales Manager. The head quarter of our company is in Kolkata and is engaged in manufacturing and selling its apparel through distribution model India wise and is in the growth phase with plans to expand its operations across INDIA. The role will be dynamic in nature and closely working with the CEO for expanding the Network of Garment Distribution across East . The role brings in an opportunity to grow with the company and its expansion plans.

Ultimately, Regional Sales Manager should demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills at all times.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, Master Degree in Business Administration will be preferred.

Language Known: Conversant with English, Hindi. Additional languages will be valuable criteria.

Experience:Minimum 7 years of experience inthe Apparel Sales Expansion with knowledge of distributor and retailers handling and Retail Apparel & Fashion should apply only.

Salary: Commensurate with the qualification & experience.

Candidates who have achieved an Annual Sales Target of more than 2 Crores may apply.

Responsibilities

1.    Revenue Generation of Across Products / Regions and Yields through Sales Team. Strategize and Plan the Sales Process Management, Forecasting, Pricing, Expenses, Profitability, New Product Development, Market Research and Brand Strategy.

2.    Managing & Establishing Channel Sales Distributors, Brand Visibility and Merchandising. Appointments / Replacements / Corrections of Distributors. Monitoring of Sales Portfolio, Category Wise and Distributor Wise.

3.    Monitor and Analyze all Aspects of Sales, Category Wise and Distributor Wise. Focus on Weak Markets & Strategize to Gain the Market Share. Product Placement with Proper Width & Depth in the Market with Proper Range Selling.

4.    Monthly Review & Evaluation of Mis Reports (zone / Area Performance, Top Distributors Performance, Top Selling Articles Movements, Overdue & Outstanding). Credit Control Management. Keep Working Capital Within or Below the Norms.

5.    Regularly Visit in Person Business Partners to Review Business and Cultivate Strong Working Relations. Ensure a Strong Relationship Management with Key Clients. Ensure Daily Coordination with the Sales Team and Therefore Resulting in Daily Productive Work.

6.    Keeping a Tap on Competition and Trends in Market and Sharing Relevant Information with the Management.

7.    Performance Evaluation of Direct Reportees as Well as of the Overall Sales Team of the Assigned Region and Taking Necessary Action to Ensure Highest Performance in Terms of Revenue.

8.    Keeping the Morale, Energy and Enthusiasm of the Team High So that They Put in Their Best to Achieve the Targeted Revenue.

9.    Be the One Point of Contact Between the Head Office and the Staff of the Assigned Region.

10. Actively Engage in Hiring, Training and Developing the Team of the Assigned Region.
