This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer, based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment and systems provided by the company. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service and support, coordinating with clients to address their needs, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance schedules. The role also involves delivering technical guidance to clients, and ensuring the optimal functionality of equipment.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues for quick problem resolution
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal team members effectively
• Capability to provide Technical Support and guidance to clients for equipment operation and maintenance
• Adaptability to work in both on-site and remote environments
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is highly desirable
• Prior experience in the automotive or industrial equipment industry is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to delivering quality service
