Department :Sales & Service (Multispecialty Division)
Qualification:
- Essential: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering
- Desirable: B. Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation / Biomedical Engineering
Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Industry / Function:
- Experience in Medical Equipment / Medical Instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and sales targets.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of service activities.
