Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer-Technician. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, and performing field service operations. Other responsibilities include handling maintenance and repair tasks and ensuring swift resolutions to technical issues. The role demands a customer-oriented approach and collaboration with other teams to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong Communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering or related fields
