Job Summary
Aurassure looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer / Field Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an ITI/Diploma qualification in Electronics/Electrical with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in on-site technical support for electronic equipment such as CCTV Cameras, IoT Devices, or similar systems.
The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support at client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IoT devices, and related electronic systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or replacements as required.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance visits.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of site visits.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.
- Follow company safety and operational guidelines during field visits.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Related Technical Field.
- 2–3 years of prior experience in on-site technical support.
- Experience handling IoT devices, networking equipment, or similar electronic systems.
- Basic understanding of wiring, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field assignments.
Preferred Skills
Preferred Language- Hindi & English
- Knowledge of networking basics (IP configuration, connectivity issues).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong technical aptitude.
