  • Installation, maintenance and servicing of machine as per plan
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions (Installation Report, Service Report, Feedback Form etc.)
  • Providing training & technical support to the customers
  • Providing training to all team members
  • Take care and maintain records of property belonging to customers
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Take ownership of customer's issues & resolve customer issues
  • Improve customer service experience
  • Upgrade the skill time to time to able to give support upcoming models

Education

  • Diploma / ITI
