Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Service Engineer to manage sales , servicing , and customer support for tablet tooling ( punches and dies ) used in pharmaceutical tablet compression . Develop and manage sales of tablet tooling ( punches , dies and accessories ) . Identify new business opportunities in pharmaceutical , nutraceutical , and allied industries . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business . Conduct product presentations and discussions with customers .

Key Responsibilities :

• Service & Support : Perform on-site installation , commissioning , troubleshooting , and repairs of machinery or products
• Preventive Maintenance : Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Technical Sales Support : Prepare and deliver product presentations , demonstrations , and technical proposals to clients
• Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) : Build rapport with clients , address technical queries promptly , and identify opportunities for after sales - service upgrades
• Reporting : Prepare accurate service reports , log repairs , and maintain documentation on customer accounts
• Competitor Analysis : Research and report on competitor products to help customize solutions for clients

Education :- Any Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Holder preferred ( Mechanical )

Experience Required :- 1-2 years

Industry Preferred :- Pharmaceutical industry background would be given preference
