I am writing this email to notify you that as per our discussion and your concurrence, we need to submit your candidature to our Email Confirmation_Service Desk _MNC and before going ahead we need to have acceptance on below pointers to ensure transparency during the process.

Position: Service Desk

Experience: 1–3 Years

Education: Any Graduation

Interview timing: From morning 10:30 am IST to evening 5:30 pm IST

Date of Walkin Drive – Thursday- 23rd, April, 2026

 ServiceDesk / Helpdesk Executive – Walk-in Drive

We are hiring ServiceDesk and Helpdesk Executives to provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. The role involves logging incidents, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, password resets, ticket tracking, and ensuring timely resolution as per SLAs. Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking fundamentals, and a customer-focused approach. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnosing, fixing, and testing hardware, software, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, phones).
  • System Setup & Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware for new and existing users
  • User Support: Providing prompt, professional technical support via telephone, email, or in-person.
  • Ticketing & Documentation: Managing support requests via IT service desk systems, documenting issues, and maintaining inventory.
  • Networking: Monitoring network connections to ensure stability. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows/Linux/Mac OS, networking principles, and remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a technical support or help desk role is typically required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Education: A bachelor's or associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. 

Common Certifications(if any):

  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
