Service Delivery Lead

About the Role: HCLTech is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to manage and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers while ensuring seamless delivery of learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling large enterprise accounts, and a background in Learning & Development (L&D) will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for enterprise customers, ensuring high client satisfaction and successful program execution.
• Manage and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive delivery of learning and development programs, training initiatives, and capability-building engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, quality delivery, and operational excellence.
• Monitor delivery metrics, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve program impact and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• 12–18 years of experience in Service Delivery / Client Engagement / Account Management roles.
• Proven experience handling large enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), corporate training, or talent development is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and delivery management capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with corporate training, higher education engagement, or digital learning programs.
• Exposure to technology-driven learning platforms or skilling initiatives.
