Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Server at Ekaiva Bakehouse & Studio, based in Bhubaneswar. As a Server, you will greet customers, take and serve orders accurately, ensure tables are set up and maintained, and assist in resolving any guest inquiries or concerns. You will also contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for our patrons and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to provide attentive and friendly service
• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries or concerns efficiently
• Experience with food service operations such as order taking, table setting, and serving
• Basic organizational and multi-tasking skills for maintaining a seamless workflow
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a food service or hospitality setting is a plus
• A positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
