Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting Weightrack India's products and solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for market research, meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, and gathering customer feedback to improve products and services. The Area Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and serve as a point of contact for resolving client queries.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in delivering impactful presentations to clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of industrial weighing solutions, automation, and related technologies is preferred.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct market analysis and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, ability to meet deadlines, and handle multiple clients and projects effectively.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the industrial or weighing solutions sector is an advantage.
  • Adaptability: A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
