Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Specialist to lead and optimize our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving keyword rankings, and growing our search visibility across key product categories. A background in scaling SEO for a D2C or fast-growth e-commerce brand is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the complete SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, content audits, and competitor benchmarking to identify ranking opportunities.
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and blogs for relevance, structure, and performance.
  • Manage link-building strategies and off-page initiatives to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.
  • Collaborate with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and report on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and competitor movements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, site architecture, and content optimization.
  • Proven success in improving organic visibility, rankings, and traffic for consumer-facing websites.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Shopify or similar).
  • Experience in a D2C startup or high-growth e-commerce brand is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
