What You'll Actually Do
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO for live client websites
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies
- Build and execute link-building campaigns
- Work directly with clients across industries (D2C, SaaS, EdTech, home services)
- Learn GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO, and help build our capability in this space as it grows
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report on what's working
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and paid ads specialists on integrated campaigns
- Bring ideas. We don't want someone who only executes what they're told, we want someone who pushes back with better suggestions

- Dedicated, not just present. Someone who treats this job as theirs, not just an assignment. When there's more work, you step up. When there's less, you use the time to sharpen your skills.
- Comfortable in ambiguity. Startups don't hand you a manual. You'll figure things out, ask questions, and adapt fast.
- Low ego, high hustle. Willing to do the unglamorous work (data entry, reporting, outreach) as much as the strategic work.
- Genuinely curious. Reads about SEO/marketing on their own time. Tries new tools without being told to.
