We are looking for a consistent, detail-oriented Off-Page SEO Executive to build and maintain link authority and citation presence across client accounts. This role owns the day-to-day off-page workflow, from guest posting and citations to link building and reporting, and requires someone comfortable working across multiple platforms and directories on a recurring schedule.

• 3rd Party Blog Posting: Source and coordinate third-party guest blog posts to build backlinks and referral visibility.

• Social Bookmarking: Submit and manage listings on social bookmarking sites to support link diversity.

• Bright Local Citation Links: Submit citation links through Bright Local to strengthen local SEO signals.

• Data Gathering for Reporting: Gather off-page activity data and compile it for client reporting.

• Directory Submission: Submit client business listings to relevant online directories.

• Citation Checkups: Run regular citation checkups to catch inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing listings (NAP).

• Forum & Q&A Engagement: Participate in relevant forums and Q&A platforms such as Quora to build brand mentions and referral traffic.

• Competitor Backlink Analysis: Analyze competitor backlink profiles to uncover link-building and outreach opportunities.

• Web 2.0 Submissions: Create and manage Web 2.0 property submissions to support link diversity.

• Infographic & Content Syndication: Distribute infographics and shareable content assets across relevant platforms for backlinks.

• Local Business Listings Management: Maintain accurate and consistent business listings across major local platforms.

• 1-3 years of proven hands-on experience in off-page SEO, including link building and citation management.

• Practical experience with Bright Local or similar citation management tools.

• Working knowledge of guest posting, directory submission, and social bookmarking workflows.

• Comfortable conducting competitor backlink analysis and turning it into an outreach plan.

• Strong organizational skills to manage recurring submissions and checkups across multiple client accounts.

• Clear written communication for outreach emails, guest post pitches, and client reporting.

• 1st Round: Intro and Basic Questionnaire
