About The Role
You'll own search visibility and inbound lead generation across some of our brands, including Incepteo Labs, StratPilot, and Grow Beyond Borders. From keyword research to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), you'll make sure we're found — on Google and in AI-powered answers. This isn't a write blog posts and hope for the best role. We need someone who can deliver dramatic, measurable results in inbound lead generation — fast. You'll combine deep SEO expertise with modern content strategy and an intuitive understanding of how AI is reshaping search
What You'll Do
- Own keyword research, content strategy, and the editorial calendar across some of our brands, including Incepteo Labs, StratPilot, and Grow Beyond Borders
- Write compelling long-form articles, white papers, user guides, and landing page copy that drives organic traffic and conversions
- Execute technical SEO — on-page optimization, off-page link building, backlink strategy, and site architecture improvements
- Pioneer AI search optimization (GEO) — structure and format content so it surfaces in AI-powered answer engines alongside traditional search
- Design and build high-converting landing pages with strong CTAs for inbound lead capture
- Create downloadable assets — white papers, playbooks, guides — that generate qualified leads
- Promote content across channels and adapt strategy to stay ahead of AI-driven competition
- Track performance metrics, report on inbound lead generation, and iterate rapidly based on data
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, or inbound lead generation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Deep understanding of modern search — both traditional algorithms and AI-powered discovery
- Proven track record of driving measurable inbound leads and organic growth
- Experience with landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and conversion funnels
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing assistance, and analytics — while keeping output authentically human
- Ability to produce content that stands out in an AI-saturated landscape with genuine insight and authority
- Experience promoting SaaS or technology products is a strong plus
